Jennifer Hudson Cries During Trial
	Actress Jennifer Hudson broke down crying during a murder trial telling the court that she and her family did not want William Balfour to marry her sister and recanted the last times with the deceased family members. The whole Hudson family did not want her to marry that man, nobody liked the way he treated her. Balfour was so jealous that Julia Hudson kissed the mother good night and Balfour would go off in a rage and say, "get off my wife," she testified. Balfour later told Julia "if you leave me you will be last to die and your family will be the first to die". Balfour went in the home at 9am and shot Hudson´s mother and then the brother twice in the head while in bed. Then he shot the boy in the SUV.

New Mel Gibson Rant Recording Leaked
	Mel Gibson is heard shouting at Hollywood screenwriter Joe Eszerthas on a newly released tape recorded by Eszerthas´ son. In the audio, the actor is raging at the writer about the lack of screenplay for their planned film "The Maccabees". "I go to work, you´re getting paid, I´m not! ****! I am earning money for a filthy little (expletive) who takes advantage of me! Just like every (expletive)," the actor shouted, referring to ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. House staff and friends of Eszerthas were also present. Eszerthas said Gibson hates Jews and he released the tape because Gibson publicly called him a liar. Gibson dismissed the writer´s accusations as "utter fabrications".
